Dr. Nancy Zarse is the CEO and founder of Zarse Psychological Services. She is a nationally recognized expert in Violence Risk Assessment and Prevention, the Psychology of Terrorism, and Crisis/Hostage Negotiation. Dr. Zarse is a dynamic public speaker who effectively engages audiences in the public and private sectors.

EXPERIENCE
Dr. Zarse is a forensic psychologist with decades of clinical experience, including Chief Psychologist at two federal prisons, the Federal Witness Security Program, Director of Inmate Administration at the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks (the maximum security military prison), and Consultant with the FBI's Countering Violent Extremism Unit. As a full professor in the Forensic Department at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Dr. Zarse created a program on Israel, focusing on terrorism, trauma, and resilience, resulting in a 10-day study-abroad tip to Israel, which she led for 10 years. Dr. Zarse provides expert commentary for the media, including CNN, NBC, Fox 32, The History Channel, Forbes Magazine, and the Washington Post.
